Our LEVEL 1/ LEVEL 2 OCR HIIT classes are the perfect mix of obstacle difficulty designed to introduce our OCR newbies while still challenging our OCR veterans.
Workouts are designed around DEKA and HYROX styled, full-body, functional strength and conditioning movements with obstacles mixed within and often upgrading in difficulty as time progresses.
We’re as raw an honest as the Warehouse gym we train out of, and we think you’ll agree that REAL results come without all of the fluff, but with some amazing people and programming.
